About the Rolel

  • We are seeking a motivated B2B / Industrial Sales Specialist to join our client's sales team.
  • Ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in industrial product sales, strong client management skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth through effective business development.

Key Responsibilities / KRAsl

  • Business Development & Sales Growth - Achieve and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets through lead generation, pipeline management, and closures.
  • Client Relationship Management - Build, nurture, and sustain strong long-term relationships with industrial clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Product Positioning & Demonstrations - Present and explain technical products (heat exchangers, bearings, lubrications) to customers, highlighting value proposition.
  • Market Penetration - Identify new business opportunities, untapped segments, and expand market share within Hosur and nearby industrial hubs.
  • Sales Planning & Reporting - Prepare accurate sales forecasts, MIS reports, and maintain CRM data for performance tracking.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams - Coordinate with supply chain, operations, and service teams to ensure timely delivery, installation, and after-sales support.
  • Competitor & Market Intelligence - Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and industry developments to provide inputs for strategy.
  • Customer Satisfaction & Retention - Ensure high service levels, timely issue resolution, and strong post-sales support.
  • Promotions & Campaigns - Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
  • Collections & Payment Follow-up - Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and maintain healthy account 3-4 years of proven experience in B2B / Industrial Product Sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel across Hosur and nearby regions.
  • Qualification : MBA (preferred). Must own a bike and hold a valid driving license.
