Human Resources Generalist (Urgent)

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist (7+ years) to manage end-to-end HR operations. The role includes driving HR strategies aligned with business goals, handling recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and ensuring a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive HR strategies, policies, and people initiatives aligned to business needs.
• Manage talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and performance appraisal systems.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws (EPF, ESIC, MLW, Minimum Wages, etc.).
• Conduct training programs and HR workshops to support employee development.
• Handle HR administration (ID cards, IT coordination, AMC renewals).
• Act as a bridge between management and employees, resolving grievances effectively.
