NV SubPower Private Limited is a manufacturer of online condition-based monitoring solutions for various electrical assets, including EHV to low voltage assets, GIS, AIS, UG Cable, and SWGR. We serve sectors such as Power, EV, data centers, solar, and wind power. Our comprehensive solutions includes customized software, user-specific apps, and cloud SaaS services for live substation monitoring.

As a 2023 startup, we have growth plans in next 2-3 years to lead online condition monitoring solution in electrical assets,

Additionally, we specialize in Transmission & Distribution EPC contracts, electrical substation testing, measuring, and monitoring services, ensuring efficient and reliable transmission and distribution systems.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Sales Manager West india - located in Vadodara. Job requries 70-80% customer travel, Some work from home is acceptable.

The Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing technical sales processes in all over west India, managing accounts, providing technical support, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The candidate will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored electrical asset monitoring solutions.

Job Requirements :

Technical Sales in Electrical field

3-8 year experience into Technical Sales related to Online Condition Based Monitoring and EHV electrical assets maintenance.

Account Management and Customer Service skills

Go getter, should individually close the order to payment cycle with full customer satisfaction.

Technical Support skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in the electrical or energy sector is a plus

Minimum Qualification :

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
