- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams for further resolution.
- Adhere to all company guidelines, policies, and quality standards.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on product knowledge and service updates.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve overall chat support processes.
