Role Overview
We are looking for a confident, persuasive, and passionate Business Head - School Partnerships. professional with a strong background in B2B school sales. In this role, you will lead lead generation, partnership nurturing, and revenue generation, positioning Makers’ Muse as the go-to STEM partner for schools.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting :
Build a strong pipeline of potential school clients via calls, field visits, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and referrals.
Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth :
Pitch STEM programs to school leadership (principals, trustees, coordinators) and drive closures.
Partnership Nurturing :
Develop long-term relationships with school stakeholders, ensuring high satisfaction and recurring business.
Product Demos & Events :
Conduct on-site and virtual product demonstrations, participate in school exhibitions, and represent the brand with energy and clarity.
Team Collaboration :
Work cross-functionally with content, training, and tech teams for seamless program delivery and post-sale support.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Scale : upto 18lakhs (fixed + variable)
ESOPs : Available for deserving candidates

Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 8 years of experience in school sales / EdTech B2B partnerships
Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
Self-starter mindset and comfort with target-based roles
Working knowledge of CRM tools and pipeline management
Willingness to travel within and outside Delhi for school visits
Passion for STEM education and innovation is a plus
