About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and driven

Business Head

to lead the launch and growth of a

bespoke jewellery business from the ground up . This role is ideal for a

highly experienced sales leader

with deep knowledge of the luxury industry, particularly fine jewellery or high-end watches. The ideal candidate is not only a

master salesperson

but also a strategic thinker, capable of owning the P&L and building a brand that stands for excellence, elegance, and exclusivity.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Launch & Growth

Lead the setup of the business, from concept to operational execution.

Develop and implement the go-to-market strategy, pricing, and positioning.

Identify and build relationships with key suppliers, designers, and artisans.

Sales & Client Relations

Drive direct sales to high-net-worth individuals and luxury clientele.

Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience that reflects the brand’s bespoke ethos.

Build and nurture long-term client relationships through high-touch engagement.

Team Building & Management

Hire, train, and lead a high-performing sales and operations team.

Instil a culture of excellence, attention to detail, and customer obsession.

Brand & Marketing

Work with brand and marketing teams to shape the brand identity.

Participate in luxury events, exhibitions, and private viewings to drive brand visibility.

P&L and Operational Accountability

Own and manage the full

Profit & Loss (P&L)

for the business.

Monitor key business metrics and drive efficiency and profitability.

Oversee inventory, production timelines, and customer deliveries.

Key Requirements : 8-10 years

of proven success in the

Gem &

jewelry industry or luxury sectors

(e.g., watches, fashion).

Demonstrated success in

sales and client management

in a high-end or bespoke environment.

Outstanding

verbal and written communication skills

with a

pleasing and professional personality .

Deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior and expectations.

Experience with

P&L responsibility , budgeting, and operational leadership

Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build something exceptional from scratch.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for craftsmanship.
