We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow FSM & CSM Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Field Service Management (FSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions that drive business Responsibilities :
- Design, configure, and implement solutions in ServiceNow FSM & CSM modules.
- Develop and customize workflows, business rules, UI actions, and scripts.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST / SOAP APIs.
- Contribute to the development of mobile applications and ensure seamless user experiences.
- Work in Agile / Scrum environments to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical Skills & Qualifications :
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development (with 2+ years in FSM).
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, REST / SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Expertise in configuring and customizing ServiceNow workflows, forms, and modules.
- Experience with mobile app development on ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
