Chief Manager - HRBP, Digital & Technology
- As the Lead HR Business Partner for Digital & Technology, you will head a team of HRBPs and leverage the support of HR CoEs to enable this vision by building world-class people practices, driving capability development, workforce planning, and fostering a high-performance culture that accelerates innovation and agility.
- You will work closely with technology leaders to align talent strategy with business priorities, lead organization design, strengthen leadership capability, drive engagement, and ensure a future-ready workforce.
