Partner with leaders to define Objectives and Key Results for HR initiatives in alignment with business goalsTrack progress on OKRs related to recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and retentionProvide actionable insights from HR metrics to influence business decisionsDrive HR programs that deliver measurable impact on organizational KPIsDesired Profile
7–12 years in HR, with hands-on experience in talent acquisition and HRBP initiativesExperience in fast-paced startups, media, or tech companiesStrong understanding of OKR / KPI frameworks and ability to drive measurable outcomesComfortable as an individual contributor, able to take ownership end-to-endExcellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
