We are looking for an experienced after sales specialist who will be responsible for the after sales service of printers & consumables for India. With the sales network covering more than 110 countries and districts around the world, we are actively developing India market and building our branding in the country.
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for overall problem-solving and implementation in technical support, spare parts management, service provider management, and Call Center operations for overseas after-sales services.
- Responsible for assisting in formulating and optimizing overseas after-sales service policies, warranty service policies, service agreements, and other related systems and standards; monitoring the implementation of local after-sales service processes, regulations, and policies.
- Responsible for reviewing regional standard versions of service provider cooperation agreements and conducting annual approval in accordance with company authorization.
- Responsible for regularly evaluating service providers, outputting relevant data, and providing data support for service provider performance evaluation.
- Review regional after-sales service fee settlement applications and verify the rationality of fee settlements.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor&aposs degree or above, with English proficiency sufficient for working purposes.Possess a sense of customer service.Excellent professionalism, team spirit, and strong communication skills.Willing to accept overseas business trips.With more than 1 year of work experience in customer service or after-sales service.Competitive packages will be offered to the suitable candidate.
