Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist, located in New Delhi. The Customer Service Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks such as addressing customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Specialist will also manage phone communication, maintain records of customer interactions, and provide feedback to improve the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service
Skills in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience
Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
Salary Upto 5 LPA + Incentives
