Senior Business Development Associate – Closures
Locations : Madhya Pradesh / West Bengal / Gujarat / Odisha / Kerala / Karnataka
Work Type : Full-time | 6-month Probation | Training in Hyderabad

Role Overview :
We’re looking for proactive Sr. BDAs to own the final stage of the sales funnel — connecting with prospective learners and driving enrollments. You’ll engage with students and parents, handle objections, and ensure seamless conversions through structured follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive end-to-end closure of leads post-demo.
- Conduct consultative discussions via calls / video to convert interest into enrollments.
- Handle objections, communicate program value, and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and share learner insights with internal teams.
