Role Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead business growth for CHROMA our HRMS product line in India.
The ideal candidate will drive strategic sales initiatives, expand the client base, and establish long-term relationships with key decision-makers across industries.
This role requires a strong understanding of the IT and HR technology landscape, with proven success in SaaS or enterprise solution sales.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
- Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and potential clients for HRMS solutions.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, digital campaigns, and partnerships.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create impactful sales collateral, presentations, and proposals.
- Lead sales negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics, pipeline status, and forecasts on a regular basis.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with CXOs, CHROs, CIOs, and key stakeholders to establish CHROMA as a preferred HRMS platform.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelors degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.9-12 years of experience in Sales / Business Development, preferably in HRMS / SaaS / HCM domain.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in enterprise software or IT product sales.Strong understanding of IT operations, CIO / CHRO organization structures, and enterprise sales cycles.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and client presentations.Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented professional with strong business acumen.Good to Have :
Experience in selling to CHRO organizations or exposure to HCM tools.Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Delivery.(ref : iimjobs.com)
