Key Responsibilities :
- Outbound Calling : Initiate outbound calls to potential MFDs / clients using lead lists, databases, and other resources to drive business activation, SIPs, and lump-sum investments.
- Onboarding & KYC Acquisition : Facilitate onboarding of MFDs and ensure completion of KYC documentation.
- Product Presentation : Present mutual fund products, their features, benefits, and performance to clients. Explain investment options aligned with clients' financial goals.
- Objection Handling : Address concerns related to mutual fund investments, fees, risks, etc., providing transparent and accurate information to build trust.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with MFDs by providing ongoing support, personalized advice, and timely market updates.
