Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our EdTech team in Thrissur . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth through school visits , lead generation , marketing activities , and exam conduction coordination .
Key Responsibilities :
School Outreach : Conduct regular visits to schools to introduce and promote our EdTech products and services.
Lead Generation : Identify and generate qualified leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and digital channels.
Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, educators, and decision-makers.
Marketing & Promotion : Execute local marketing initiatives and campaigns to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
Examination Conduction : Coordinate and manage examination logistics in schools, ensuring smooth and timely execution.
Sales Target Achievement : Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and lead generation targets.
Reporting : Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and customer interactions. Prepare weekly progress reports.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Marketing or Business preferred)
1–3 years of experience in EdTech , Sales , Marketing , or Business Development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel extensively within Thrissur and nearby areas
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
