Role Description

The Medical Head will serve as a key leader overseeing medical operations at SPARSH Hospital, Bengaluru. Responsibilities include providing strategic direction for clinical services, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The role involves supervising medical staff, fostering interdepartmental collaboration, and driving initiatives for clinical excellence. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Leadership and Strategic Planning skills for supervising medical teams and defining organizational goals.
• Thorough understanding of Clinical Services and Healthcare Operations, including patient care standards and regulatory compliance.
• Strong Communication and Collaboration skills for coordinating with diverse clinical and administrative teams.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving skills for addressing challenges in a dynamic healthcare environment.
• Medical Degree (MBBS) with relevant postgraduate specialization; additional qualifications such as MHA or MBA in Healthcare Management are preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior medical leadership role in a hospital or healthcare institution.
• Commitment to patient-centric care, with a passion for promoting innovation in healthcare practices.
