We are seeking a visionary experienced Beauty Head for our VLCC Clinic. To provide a wide range of exceptional beauty services to clients, enhancing their appearance and well-being while adhering to VLCCs standards and creating superior customer satisfaction.

Position : Beauty Head

Location : Bangalore

Department : Clinic Operations - Beauty

Reporting To : Centre Head

Experience : 4-7 years

Compensation : Competitive salary + performance-based incentives

Educational Qualification : Degree / Diploma in Cosmetology / Beauty Therapy / Dermatology (BDS / Trichology / Cosmetologist background preferred).

Preference - Female

Role Overview

The Beauty Head is responsible for driving Beauty & Derma sales, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence at the clinic. The role requires strong technical knowledge, sales acumen, and leadership ability to manage a team of therapists while ensuring service efficacy and client delight.

Skills

Excellent communication, Sales, Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Growth

Achieve Beauty, Derma & Product sales targets (self + team).

Drive upselling, cross-selling & package renewals.

Customer Excellence

Deliver high service standards, maintain NPS >

90%.

Conduct consultations, follow-ups & resolve client concerns.

Operations & Compliance

Ensure SOP adherence, hygiene, equipment & stock management.

Oversee accurate documentation and system entries.

Team Leadership

Lead, train & motivate the Beauty team for performance.

Manage rosters, productivity, and staff engagement.

Collaboration

Work with Slimming, Derma & Marketing teams for cross-functional growth.
