About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Security Architect with deep expertise in SSE, SASE, and Identity Management to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and managing advanced cybersecurity solutions, including XDR, SOC operations, and cloud security architectures.

You will lead security projects, mentor junior engineers, and work closely with IT and business stakeholders to ensure the company maintains a robust and future-ready security posture.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, deploy, and manage security architectures with a focus on SSE, SASE, and Identity Management solutions.
• Operate and maintain XDR systems, SOC environments, and other critical security tools.
• Monitor, detect, and respond to cybersecurity incidents and breaches.
• Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and audits.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security controls into existing and new infrastructure.
• Lead complex security projects, providing architectural guidance on tools such as Palo Alto Prisma, Zscaler, Netskope, or Cisco Umbrella.
• Perform incident handling, malware analysis, and forensic investigations when required.
• Train and support internal teams on cybersecurity best practices.
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
