About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Security Solution Architect to design, implement, and govern secure cloud architectures across public, private, and hybrid environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cloud security frameworks, compliance, and best practices, along with strong hands-on skills in securing enterprise workloads on AWS, Azure, and / or Google Cloud Platform.

Key Responsibilities

Security Architecture & Design

Develop and maintain

secure cloud reference architectures

aligned with business and compliance requirements.

Define

security controls

for cloud networking, identity & access, encryption, and application workloads.

Architect and review

multi-cloud security solutions , including hybrid integrations.

Security Governance & Compliance

Ensure adherence to industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, CSA) and regulatory requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, etc.).

Implement

cloud security governance frameworks , policies, and monitoring strategies.

Threat Management & Risk Mitigation

Design solutions to

detect, prevent, and respond

to cloud-specific threats.

Conduct threat modeling, risk assessments, and security gap analyses for cloud workloads.

Collaboration & Leadership

Work closely with application, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to embed security in all cloud initiatives.

Lead

security architecture reviews

and provide technical guidance to engineers.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven expertise in securing workloads on

AWS ,

Azure , and / or

Google Cloud Platform .

Strong knowledge of

cloud-native security services

(e.g., AWS GuardDuty, Azure Security Center, GCP Security Command Center).

Hands-on experience with

IAM, SSO, MFA, and RBAC

in cloud environments.

Proficiency in

network security ,

encryption ,

PKI , and

key management .

Familiarity with

DevSecOps , Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM), and CI / CD pipeline security.

Knowledge of

security monitoring tools

(e.g., SIEM, CSPM, CWPP).

Strong problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

Good to Have

Security certifications such as

CCSP ,

AWS Certified Security – Specialty ,

Azure Security Engineer Associate , or

GCP Professional Cloud Security Engineer .

Knowledge of

Zero Trust Architecture

and

SASE frameworks .

Experience with

security automation

and

SOAR platforms .

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
