Security Architect - Identity & Access Management

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Security Architect with 10 to 15 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team.

The Security Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing security solutions to protect our organization's information systems and assets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, risk management, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the security of our Strategy and Planning :

• Develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Create and maintain security policies, standards, and Design :
• Design and implement robust security architectures for both on-premises and cloud environments.
• Evaluate and recommend security technologies and tools to enhance the organization's security Management :
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate security risks.
• Develop and maintain risk management frameworks and Operations :
• Collaborate with the IT and operations teams to implement and monitor security controls.
• Respond to and investigate security incidents, providing timely and effective and Access Management :
• Design and implement identity and access management solutions.
• Ensure proper authentication and authorization mechanisms are in Awareness and Training :
• Develop and deliver security awareness programs for employees.
• Provide training to technical and non-technical staff on security best :
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular audits to assess and maintain Response :
• Develop and maintain incident response plans.
• Lead and coordinate incident response efforts in the event of a security :
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• 10-15 years of experience in cybersecurity and information security roles.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing security architectures.
• In-depth knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles.
• Familiarity with cloud security and DevSecOps practices.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
