🎯 Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI regulations, FEMA, and other applicable laws

Manage board meetings, general meetings, and maintain statutory records and registers

Draft and file necessary forms and returns with MCA and other regulatory bodies

Liaise with regulators, auditors, and legal advisors

Support corporate governance initiatives and advise on legal and compliance matters

Assist in drafting resolutions, minutes, and agreements

Monitor changes in relevant legislation and regulatory environment

💼 Requirements

Qualified Company Secretary with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience

Strong knowledge of corporate laws, secretarial standards, and regulatory frameworks

Experience in handling ROC filings, board documentation, and compliance audits

Excellent drafting, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
