Job descriptionCompany Secretary Professional Certified The candidate should have excellent IT skills and enthusiastic about taking up IT implementation projects independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of corporate laws, rules, and regulations. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Company Secretary to join our team as an intern for a period of 21 months at L&T Finance.
Responsibilities :
- Assisting in the preparation and distribution of board meeting agendas, notices, and minutes.
- Maintaining statutory registers and records as required by law.
- Filing of necessary returns and forms with regulatory authorities such as MCA, SEBI, and RBI.
- Conducting legal research and providing advice on compliance-related matters.
- Assisting in the preparation of annual reports and other corporate documentation.
- Liaising with external legal and financial advisors as required.
- Keeping abreast of changes in regulations and laws that affect the company and ensuring compliance.
Requirements :
Duration - 21 months of Internship post successful completion of Company Secretary Professional course
