Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement technical designs for PeopleSoft HCM applications and third-party integrations.
• Unit test system changes; identify and resolve issues.
• Document configurations and participate in technical walkthroughs.
• Assist in system test plans, test cases, and test scripts preparation.
• Correct errors, retest programs, and validate expected outcomes.
• Develop software testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation.
• Participate in code reviews, requirements validation, and code deployments.
• Ensure code meets standards of security, scalability, accessibility, and performance.
• Perform systems analysis and software maintenance tasks.
• Conduct trial runs to verify correct software function and outputs.
