Responsibilities :
The HCM Cloud Functional Specialist is responsible for Requirement gathering, configurations, CRPs, End-user training and Liaison in cloud implementation and support projects.
Requirement :
A minimum of 8 years of experience in multiple end-to-end implementations with at least 2 years each in Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Oracle Performance Management modules.
- Overall, 8 + years of experience with at least 2 project implementation experience in Oracle ORC(Recruiting, Onboarding and Offboarding) and 2 project implementation experience in Talent Management modules (Goal and Performance Management).
- Working experience in end-to-end implementations for the modules is a must
- Should have at least 2-3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation as a Functional Consultant and should have worked on at least two end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations; Goal and Performance, talent review and Succession planning, career development experience are must and should. Experience on Learn module is an added advantage.
- Must have experience working on all phases of a project – Demos / workshops, Requirement Gathering, analysis / design, documentation, configuration, CRP, validate, transition, realization, production support, etc.
- Capture customer business requirements and translate requirements into solutioning that fit within customer’s business environment and business objectives.
- Should have knowledge on the Redwood pages in Talent management modules.
- Conduct POCs, map client requirements to base product functionality, effort estimation, etc.
- Accountable for review and delivery of functional design documents, technical designs and configuration workbooks
- Experience in implementing multi-org / country solutions
- Expertise in supporting Testing, Defects Analysis, and Defect Fixes
- Good communication skills and should be capable to directly interact with client
- Would be responsible for liaising with Business & IT teams for Functional specifications, Execute SIT, Support UAT testing & Training of Business and Core Users
