Finishing head - Highrise project

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or equivalent.

Minimum 15–20 years' experience in finishing works of large-scale high-rise residential projects.

International exposure with reputed developers or contractors (mandatory for expat role)

Strong knowledge of modern construction materials, interior finishes, and MEP interface.

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of all finishing activities for high rise residential and commercial projects

Coordinate with design, procurement and execution teams to ensure smooth finishing progress.

Review and approve finishing materials, mock-ups and workmanship samples.
