Job description

Project Planning & Execution

Lead complete lifecycle of residential projects, from concept to handover.

Develop project execution strategies, timelines, and budgets.

Monitor progress to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.

Team & Stakeholder Management

Lead and mentor site / project engineering teams.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.

Act as a single point of contact between management, design, and execution teams.

Contract & Cost Management

Evaluate and finalize contractors / vendors with procurement teams.

Monitor BOQs, cost estimates, budgets, and control project costs.

Approve contractor bills, variations, and ensure cost efficiency.

Quality & Safety Compliance

Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, building codes, and statutory requirements.

Implement and monitor safety practices at site.

Conduct periodic quality audits and inspections.

Regulatory & Liaison

Oversee statutory approvals and compliance with local authorities (BMC, RERA, MMRDA, etc.).

Liaise with government agencies for project clearances and permissions.

Reporting & MIS

Provide regular project status updates to senior management.

Track risks, delays, and proactively implement corrective measures.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
15–20 years of experience in real estate construction, with at least 5–7 years in leadership roles.
Proven track record of handling large-scale residential projects in Mumbai .
Strong knowledge of civil engineering practices, MEP coordination, contracts, and project management tools.
Familiarity with local building codes, approvals, and regulatory processes in Mumbai.
