About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Azure Cloud Architect to design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and high-performance Azure-based solutions. This role focuses on migrating applications to Azure Cloud and modernizing legacy systems while ensuring adherence to security and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and implement Azure-based solutions including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS to meet business needs.

Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives, enforcing organizational standards.

Ensure Azure infrastructure is secure, scalable, and optimized for performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, administrators, and security engineers.

Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to team members.

Identify, communicate, and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Promote and enforce best practices, engineering methodologies, and standards within the team.

Mandatory Qualifications & Skills :

15+ years of overall IT experience in infrastructure management, application design, or architecture.

7+ years of hands-on experience in cloud data modernization and legacy system migration.

Strong expertise in Azure services (compute, storage, networking, identity, security, and governance).

Experience designing and deploying cloud solutions ( IaaS, PaaS, SaaS ).

Familiarity with DevOps practices and automated provisioning.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.

Proven experience leading technical teams and providing guidance to other architects.

Broad understanding of cloud-based security solutions.

Desired Skills / Good-to-Have :

Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements like HIPAA, PHI, PII .

Experience in automation, data engineering, AI, and process improvement.

Awareness of emerging cloud trends and their applicability in healthcare.
