Job descriptionOwnership : Own high-priority projects that directly impact the company’s growth. Growth : Work closely with the leadership team, learning and executing across multiple functions. Impact : Have a direct hand in shaping the company’s strategy and execution. Work directly with senior leadership to manage and drive strategic initiatives Own key projects across different verticals (product, marketing, operations, hiring, etc.) Ensure fast execution and smooth delivery of high-priority tasks Drive process improvements, escalate issues, and help make decisions that impact the company’s growth Help prioritize and tackle challenges, ensuring alignment and effective use of resources

Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience
- Have experience handling multiple responsibilities across product, marketing and more?
- Are comfortable working directly with senior leadership and helping them tackle key challenges?
- Have a strong problem-solving mindset, and can help push things forward in a startup environment?
- Can work autonomously, take initiative, and move projects ahead with little oversight?
