Roles : Equipment Lead - OSAT Semiconductor

Experience : 10-15 Yrs

Education Qualification : Bachelor’s / Master’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering

Job Description

• Oversee equipment installation, qualification, and maintenance at OSAT High volume production.
• Ensure tool uptime, calibration, and performance meet production and quality targets
• Collaborate with OSAT partners to resolve equipment-related issues and drive continuous improvement
• Support NPI (New Product Introduction) by ensuring timely equipment readiness and capability alignment
• Maintain documentation for equipment specs, procedures, and preventive maintenance schedules
• Lead equipment audits and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards
• Strong knowledge of assembly and test equipment (e.G., handlers, probers, testers, ovens, wire bonders)
• Experience with TPM, SPC, and equipment reliability programs
• Excellent troubleshooting, vendor management, and communication skills
