Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Success Manager at Gleantap. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, utilizing analytical skills to drive insights, focusing on customer retention strategies, building strong relationships with clients, onboarding clients and delivering exceptional customer service on a daily basis.
We need someone who is available to work US business hours (Central time).
