About the Role

We're looking for a Senior UX Researcher who thrives on complex problem spaces and is comfortable driving research in ambiguity. At Koru, your insights won't just sit in reports—they'll directly influence real enterprise products across healthcare, automation, and finance.

You'll plan and execute end-to-end research studies, work closely with product owners, and help define experiences used by thousands of professionals in the US.

What You'll Do

• Own and lead UX research activities across discovery, concept validation, and usability phases
• Plan, conduct, and synthesise user interviews, usability testing, stakeholder interviews, and journey mapping
• Create actionable outputs like personas, user journeys, service blueprints, and research reports
• Proactively identify users to talk to—whether through clients, internal teams, or customer success
• Translate research insights into product opportunities and design inputs
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and front-end teams throughout the design process
• Help shape our research practice as we scale, including mentoring junior team members when needed
• Proactively identify new opportunities for research within existing client engagements to extend project reach
