Role Overview
As a UI / UX Designer at SRV Media , you’ll translate strategy and storytelling into seamless digital experiences. You’ll work closely with creative, tech, and marketing teams to design intuitive, visually compelling, and conversion-focused digital interfaces — from campaign microsites to full-scale platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- User Experience Design :
- Conduct user research, competitor benchmarking, and persona creation.
- Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and information architecture.
- Map user journeys that balance creativity with conversion goals.
- User Interface Design :
- Create visually striking interfaces aligned with SRV’s and clients’ brand guidelines.
- Work across responsive layouts (web, mobile, and app).
- Implement micro-interactions and motion design for engagement.
- Collaboration & Delivery :
- Partner with developers to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation.
- Collaborate with content strategists, campaign managers, and art directors.
- Present design rationales and user experience logic to clients.
- Innovation & Optimization :
- Stay updated with design trends, emerging tools, and UI / UX best practices.
- Integrate insights from performance data and user analytics to improve designs.
- Bring design thinking to campaign ideation and creative problem-solving.
Skills & Competencies
Strong command over Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch , or equivalent design tools.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) .Understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive frameworks (for collaboration).Experience with user testing , A / B testing, and data-driven design refinement.Eye for detail, color, typography, and usability.Creative problem-solving mindset with structured design logic.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or related field.2–5 years of experience in UI / UX, preferably within a digital or creative agency.Portfolio demonstrating creative range — from app interfaces to campaign experiences.
