About the Role
We're looking for a curious, data-driven, and user-focused UX Researcher to join our team. You'll play a key role in shaping our consulting app by uncovering user needs, analyzing market trends, and translating insights into actionable recommendations that guide product and design decisions.
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and conduct primary and secondary research across digital products (mobile & web).
- Apply a range of research methodologies including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and market / competitive analysis.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate clear, actionable insights for product teams.
- Research and understand user demographics, behaviors, and motivations to inform product strategy.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to ensure research findings are integrated into the design process.
- Use industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Miro, analytics platforms) to document and share research progress.
Qualifications
2+ years of full-time experience in UX research, market research, preferably in multiple domains.Proven experience in planning and conducting user studies such as usability tests, interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis.Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with both qualitative and quantitative data.Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present findings persuasively to stakeholders.Familiarity with Figma and other UX tools.Background in HCI, Psychology, Market Research, Design, or a related field is a plus.Must Have :
