Head Estate (Urgent Search)

Estate Head- ideally with minimum 20 years of progressive experience in managing large campuses, estates, or infrastructure in academic / government / public sector institutions. The Incumbent will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Institute's land, buildings, utilities, and related infrastructure; Land and Property Management; Address encroachments, represent the Institute in land disputes, and liaise with government bodies for land matters; Campus Development and Planning; Legal and Regulatory Compliance; Budgeting and Cost Management; Forest and Environmental Compliance, etc.
