Job Description
We are a fast-growing video production and advertising company crafting digital ads, branded content, corporate films, and visual storytelling for top brands.
We are hiring a Business Development Executive with 2-3 years of proven experience in selling creative / media services. This is a high-growth, performance-driven role with attractive incentives on sales.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients, brands, agencies, and startups
- Pitch creative video production and advertising solutions tailored to client needs
- Prepare proposals, budgets, and presentations in collaboration with the creative team
- Manage the complete sales cycle — lead generation, pitching, negotiations, and closure
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain CRM records and report regularly on sales performance
Desired Candidate Profile
2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing in media, video production, advertising, or digital content industryStrong understanding of video production services, agency-client workflows, and sales pipelinesProven track record of achieving sales targets and closing high-value dealsExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a creative environmentFamiliarity with branded content, digital marketing trends is a plusPerks and Incentives
