This is a rare greenfield opportunity to join a proven company as its Founding Technical Lead . You will not be inheriting legacy code or technical debt. You will be the chief architect of a new category of software, building from the ground up with the stability of an established team and deep development partnerships with industry leaders .

The Opportunity : Build the Engine for Autonomous Work

As our Founding Technical Lead, you will be the owner of the FosterX technical vision. Your mission is to build the core engine that allows autonomous AI agents to reason, plan, and execute tasks within complex enterprise environments. This isn't just about calling a large language model. It's about architecting a robust system of orchestration, memory, and tool integration that allows agents to achieve goals. You will work directly with our founding partners to solve their most pressing automation challenges, ensuring that from day one, we are building a product with an undeniable market need. This is your chance to define how businesses leverage AI for the next decade.

What You'll Do : Lead, Architect, and Build

This is a "player-coach" role for a leader who lives in the code. We expect you’ll spend ~70% of your time on architecture and hands-on development and ~30% on team leadership.

• Architect the Agentic Core : Own the entire technical vision for FosterX, from the agent orchestration engine and long-term memory systems to the secure tool-use frameworks and API integrations.
• Build the Foundation : Write the elegant, scalable, and mission-critical code that will serve as the bedrock of FosterX for years to come.
• Lead by Example : Mentor and guide our talented team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, high ownership, and rapid, quality execution.
• Be a Strategic Partner : Work directly with the founder to translate a bold vision into a tangible, high-impact technical roadmap.
• Solve Fascinating Problems : Make the critical decisions that will define our product. How should agents collaborate? How do we ensure reliability in long-running tasks? How do we build a system that learns and improves?
