Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Developer in Generative AI to spearhead our AI Responsibilities :

Lead the development of generative AI models, including designing and implementing advanced models for content generation, data augmentation, and more.
Oversee AI projects from conception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI functionalities into products.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and incorporate relevant findings into ongoing projects.
Mentor junior developers and data scientists, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Optimize models for performance and scalability, and deploy them in production

environments.

Implement AI solutions responsibly, considering ethical implications and ensuring compliance with relevant :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI / ML development, with at least 2 years focused on

generative models.

Proficiency in Python and experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or

Keras.

Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning architectures.

Experience with NLP models (e.g., GPT, BERT) and / or generative models like GANs and VAEs
