About Position :
We are hiring a Mid-Senior Agentic AI Developer to build intelligent AI workflows, autonomous agents, and scalable backend systems using Generative AI. This role requires deep expertise in multi-agent orchestration, LLM integration, and Microsoft Copilot Platform (MCP), enabling enterprise-grade AI automation and agentic systems.

What You'll Do :
You will design and implement agentic AI systems, integrate LLMs and tools, and build scalable backend infrastructure for real-world business applications.Design and build AI workflows and agents using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and LangFlowIntegrate OpenAI models and other LLMs (Claude, Gemini, Llama, GPT-4o, Mistral) via APIs and SDKsDevelop backend systems for AI automation including function calling, external API integration, and data transformationBuild and manage multi-agent systems with inter-agent communication, memory sharing, and task delegationImplement Human-in-the-Loop workflows for enhanced control and safetyIntegrate third-party services like Slack, Gmail, Serper, and Make into AI workflowsUse vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone) and embedding models for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)Prepare and process structured and unstructured data (PDFs, Docs, CSVs) using LlamaIndex and LlamaParseDeploy and automate custom tools using Node.js, Python, and JavaScriptEnsure secure, ethical, and copyright-compliant AI agent developmentApply strong knowledge of MCP to integrate with enterprise-grade AI platformsExpertise You'll Bring :
You’ll bring hands-on experience in agentic AI development, backend engineering, and tool integration, with a strong understanding of LLMs and multi-agent orchestration.4–7 years of software development experience, with 2+ years in AI / ML or GenAI backend systemsStrong proficiency in Python, FastAPI, Flask, and JavaScriptExperience with LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph, and LangFlowDeep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, function calling, and RAGFamiliarity with embedding models, vector search, and data preparation for AI agentsHands-on experience with OpenAI API, Claude, Gemini, Llama, and GPT-4oExperience integrating third-party services and automating workflows using Make, Slack, Gmail, etc.Exposure to MCP and Microsoft Copilot Platform integrationsKnowledge of Git, VS Code, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Benefits :
