Branch Manager - CTC upto 7 LPA

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead and train the team, achieve branch targets, and ensure operational efficiency. Responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, driving cross-sell / up-sell of products, implementing marketing initiatives, mitigating risks, ensuring compliance, managing accounts, and delivering excellent customer service. The role requires proactive knowledge sharing, maintaining branch profitability, safeguarding organizational revenue, and upholding company values.
