Job descriptionDevelop and manage a high-performing team including Project Engineers, Designers, Sourcing Executives, and Key Account Managers Build long-term technical capability by developing a strong vendor ecosystem, strategic partnerships, and in-house domain experts Ensure alignment with industry-specific technical eligibility norms Collaborate with the Sales team during pre-bidding and design phases to increase project win rates Establish scalable systems and vendor channels to simultaneously manage diverse and high-volume projects Drive initiatives on zero-based costing, budgeting, and bid proposals in line with organizational goals Proven experience managing diverse project types in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Infra, and Interior domains Strong grasp of project budgeting, costing, bidding, and execution lifecycle Exceptional vendor management and negotiation skills Engineering Graduate (preferred disciplines : Mechanical / Civil / Electrical) MBA from a reputed institute is highly desirable Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with a focus on scalability and delivery excellence
