Deputy Manager - EXIM (Urgent Search)

JD :

• To keep a track of all the open licenses and new licenses (whether Advance authorization or EPCG)
• To liaison with DGFT Consultant, Clearance Agent, Government Authorities and Chartered accountant, plant, logistics & concern teams
• To obtain CA certificate for applications, Redemption (including but not limited to FOB Certification, Export house certificate, Consumption details etc) and provide CA with all the details required to him to enable the certification.
• To be updated with FTP and Customs Laws.
• To maintain the records of calculations and submissions made to Consultants and DGFT.
• To address queries raised by inter department Personne with regards to DGFT, FTP
• To Advice the company on favorable policy, schemes, and benefits by DGFT or FTP
• To reconcile on RODTEP and Duty Drawback with Books and actual receipts
• To make any changes on ICEGATE portal if any
• To apply for any Export council registration whenever required and also if there is any query from Export council, person has to address the same.
• To address the query of Auditors wrt DGFT, FTP and Customs
• Prepare monthly MIS for Pending EPCG License, Advance Authorization, RoDTEP etc.
• Respond & Tracking for all Notices / Summons received from DGFT & Customs
• Creates good personal relationships with customers at different organizational levels.
• Coordinating with overseas Logistic teams of partners in cross functional activities necessary to allow commercial launch and post commercial supply of orders.
• Proactively managing supply risks, developing, and driving mitigation plans and highlighting headwinds to leadership in advance of potential impacts.
• Ensuring clients are informed on supply situations for monthly and short / medium term range.
• Resolve supply constraints in coordination with supply planning, purchase and manufacturing teams for medium and long term.
• Demand analysis and resolution of forecast related issues.
