Good People HR are working with a start-up in the beauty and supplements industry with strong VC funding and a solid start-up team who have years of experience from the health and beauty industry in Australia and Internationally, ready to grow and scale. They are ready to stock their 2 new brands in over 250 accounts across Australia and Internationally.

The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets for new accounts within Major Retailers, Wholesalers and Health food Businesses and in line with revenue, sales, profit and growth targets.

This is an exciting role that encompasses both the business development of Retail, Wholesale and Health food Businesses to ensure profitable account growth as well as the marketing aspect and an opportunity to start with a clean new canvass and drive the brand from inception.

• Effectively manages accounts to ensure growth, customer and sales targets are met.
• Ensures orders are submitted and placed within agreed order deadlines.
• Looks for improvement opportunities across accounts.
• Responds professionally and on time to all client requests.
• Identifies both Sales and Marketing opportunities and growth.
• Maintain relationships with Accounts.
