Job description

Develop and execute the company's sales strategy to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.

Manage day-to-day operations while driving the team to meet their targets

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales managers and executives to drive consistent performance.

Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and customer segments for business growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Forecast sales performance, monitor KPIs, and implement corrective measures when necessary.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and business meetings.

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Drive sales automation, CRM optimization, and process improvements.

Responsible for P&L of the sales operations and maintaining utmost integrity

Have an entrepreneurial mindset in taking ownership
