What you will be doing at Evalueserve :

• Patent Application Prosecution (for filing in US, EP and / or India) – Understanding invention disclosures related to various technical domains determining novelty of invention based on comparison with known prior art, conducting inventor interviews, drafting patent application (including claims, detailed description, drawings), reviewing patent application drafted by team members, and mentoring team members for drafting patent application.
