Key Responsibilities :

• Lead Complex Encryption Implementations : Design, develop, and implement advanced encryption solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of our organization and clients.
• Design PKI Architectures : Architect and maintain Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) systems to ensure secure communications and data integrity across all platforms.
• Mentor Junior Staff : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.
• Handle Advanced Cryptographic Operations : Execute and manage cryptographic operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams : Work closely with IT, compliance, and product teams to integrate encryption solutions into existing systems and processes.
• Drive Strategic Contributions : Identify and propose innovative encryption strategies and technologies that enhance our security framework and support long-term business goals.
