About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and disciplined Senior Sales Development Representative who has prior experience leading sales initiatives or guiding a small SDR team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in outbound B2B prospecting, pipeline building, and converting high-quality leads, along with the maturity to set standards and drive consistency within the sales function.
This role is perfect for someone ready to take on ownership, make strategic contributions, and actively shape the company’s growth trajectory.
Responsibilities
- Drive outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities for the sales team.
- Understand customer pain points and map solutions to business needs.
- Conduct product pitches and intro demos to educate prospects.
- Track outreach activities, pipeline updates, and conversions in CRM tools.
- Maintain disciplined daily activity targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Take initiative in mentoring junior SDRs or supporting team-level performance improvements.
- Coordinate with Marketing and Customer Success to ensure smooth lead flow and conversion.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, preferably in SaaS.Experience leading or mentoring a team is preferred.Strong communication, objection handling, and relationship-building skills.Disciplined work ethic with consistency in daily outreach activities.Ability to understand technical products and clearly explain value propositions.Familiarity with CRM tools and outbound automation platforms.Goal-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.What We Offer
