Executive Assistant Reports to : (Founder) Krittika Jain Bhansali Location : (Mumbai, Khar) Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the leadership team. The EA will serve as the point of contact, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing schedules, and enabling the executive(s) to focus on strategic priorities. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence. Handle confidential information with discretion. Operational Support Act as a liaison between executives and internal / external stakeholders. Assist in project management, follow up on action items, and track deliverables. Draft meeting agendas, record minutes, and circulate MOMs (Minutes of Meetings). Communication & Coordination Screen and respond to emails, phone calls, and requests. Support in preparing communication material for internal and external use. Maintain professional relationships with clients, vendors, and partners. Personal Assistance (if required) Oversee personal appointments, errands, or travel arrangements. Manage household / vendor coordination (if applicable). Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree preferred. 1 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. High proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace. Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and maintain confidentiality. Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
