Associate Director (MEP)

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead MEP discipline projects as Job / Project Leader, taking ownership of engineering delivery and client relationships.
• Oversee multiple projects across the group, ensuring high-quality engineering solutions.
• Monitor job financial performance with Director / Partner support and manage resources effectively.
• Prepare technical specifications and review the work / specifications of subordinates.
• Conduct technical / quality reviews and participate in project design reviews.
• Undertake site visits as required to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Contribute to group initiatives focused on technical development, market sectors, and delivery processes.
• Lead recruitment and skills development initiatives within the team.
• Guide and mentor junior Engineers and Technicians on assigned projects.
• Support team members in Performance and Development Reviews (PDR).
• Assist in business development through existing client relationships and project wins.
• Prepare technical, bid, and additional fee proposals with Director / Partner support.
• Report on technical, commercial, financial, and people performance of the team to the Group Director.
• Ensure effective resource planning for projects and contribute to financial performance.
