Role Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic professional to join the Founders’ Office team, working directly with the leadership to drive business strategy, operational excellence, and special initiatives . This high-impact role offers exposure to strategic decision-making, cross-functional problem solving, and scaling business operations in a hyper-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Planning & Execution : Work closely with the founders to define, track, and execute the company’s strategic priorities and growth initiatives.
• Business Operations : Design and implement processes to drive operational efficiency across functions.
• Decision Support : Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for key leadership decisions, including new markets, partnerships, and investment areas.
• Program Management : Lead cross-functional programs, ensuring timely delivery of strategic projects with measurable outcomes.
• Leadership Enablement : Prepare business review documents, board presentations, and investor updates. Act as a thought partner to founders in critical discussions.
• Special Projects : Take ownership of high-priority initiatives (e.g., M&A evaluations, global expansion, GTM strategy, org design) as they arise.
