What will you do at Fynd
- Make high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches to create interest in our products / services.
- Qualify leads based on customer needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead follow-up and closure.
Some specific Requirements
1–2 years of experience in cold calling or inside sales.Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.Goal-oriented with the ability to handle objections and rejection.Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office skills.Graduate freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.Skills Required
